The Institute of Polymaths is an international learned organization created to support, encourage, and strengthen breadth of erudition and scholarship in service of society. We believe many of the most important advances arise when ideas move across boundaries: between disciplines, sectors, and cultures. Drawing inspiration from historic polymaths such as Archimedes, Leonardo da Vinci, and Thomas Young, the Institute exists to cultivate intellectual range alongside depth, and to keep curiosity, rigor, and synthesis at the heart of modern scholarship.
